Meet our people

There’s so many amazing people who make it happen at ABP every day. We pride ourselves on a culture of fairness and respect, where every person gets an equal chance to grow and develop. In fact, many have worked up through a number of roles in the business.

Read below to get to know some of our people a little better.

ABP employee
Marie Kennedy

HR Generalist, Ardee
Marie joined ABP through the Early Careers Programme after completing a degree in Business and HR at the University of Limerick. The opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning more about the business and developing professionally was what first attracted her to the company.

During the programme, Marie gained experience across a variety of roles within the HR Department and had the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities and initiatives. In her current role as an HR Generalist with ABP Ireland, no two days are the same and she gets to be involved in a diverse mix of projects.

Marie strongly encourages anyone starting out in their career to consider joining ABP. She believes the company offers opportunities from the outset, with strong support for those who are motivated to learn and grow within the business.
