ABP Food Group developed Ultra-Tender® to guarantee consistency and tenderness in beef. Our patented suspension process helps the natural softening of muscle fibres in each carcass as it matures prior to de-boning. This takes the meat some way towards perfection, but it isn’t quite there yet. To enhance the flavour and texture even further, we devised a method of sympathetically chilling the carcass to prevent cold shortening. Together, these complementary techniques preserve the absolute tenderness in the beef we produce.
