ABP has grown into an international business but we never forget our roots. Find out where we’re coming from, as a business and as people.
ABP’s vision is simple. To be the best at everything we do. Being a market leader comes with responsibilities. You also have to lead on quality, traceability and sustainability.
It’s our responsibility as leaders in the market to show the way, and encourage our entire industry to follow a sustainable path.
This is ABP’s Advantage Beef Programme, a dynamic new enterprise partnership that helps farmers build a sustainable beef business.
There’s so many amazing people who make it happen at ABP every day. We pride ourselves on a culture of fairness and respect, where every person gets an equal chance to grow and develop. In fact, many have worked up through a number of roles in the business.
Read below to get to know some of our people a little better.
Quality Assurance, Clones Nathalie is from Co. Cavan and works in the Quality Department of ABP Clones. After graduating from DIT with a degree in Environmental Health, she began working at ABP Clones as a QA Assistant in 2012.
In 2015/2016, Nathalie was approached for the Quality Manager role and has been in the role ever since.
She is passionate about the company and looks forward to going to work every day. Nathalie feels fortunate to have had lots of support and guidance when she first began. She really enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and feels she doesn’t just have work colleagues but friends for life.

HR Generalist, Ardee I joined the Early Careers programme after studying Business and HR in University of Limerick. What drew me to ABP was the opportunity to gain hands on experience while learning about the business and developing professionally.
The Early Careers programme allowed me to experience a range of different roles within the HR Department and also allowed me to attend many different activities and events. My current role as a HR Generalist with ABP Ireland, every day brings something new, and I’m involved in a mix of projects.
I would strongly encourage anyone to begin their career with ABP, opportunities are offered from the outset and those we want to grow are fully supported by the business.
